Preconstruction
Due to the fact that the vital decisions on cost are made in the preconstruction phase, Focus Construction collaborates with clients to generate the best solution for each project. Focus Construction holds regular meetings with clients to advise a time line, estimates, and recommendation (types of material, equipments, labor) to ensure the project is completed in a timely fashion.
Construction Management
Constantly monitoring the project, Focus Construction can assist the client by recommending bids; providing solutions for foreseeable problems and reducing cost. Through open communication with other partners and analysis reporting, project can be done on schedule and within the budget.
Design / Build
Clients may choose to give the responsibility of design and construction to one contractor. Focus Construction has the experience to take control of the project (hiring an architect and/or consulting engineers) and follows through the parameter of the client. Design / Build allow a simpler communication between teams, faster decision making process, and offers Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).
General Contracting
All of Focus Construction staff members are knowledgeable craftsmen with hundreds of hours of experience. Main goal is to oversee all aspect of the project and follows through with the plans and specifications. Focus Construction also teams up with sub-contractors with goals, schedules, and a timeline to finish the project in a timely and economic manner.
Reconstruction/Remodeling
Damages done by fire, smoke, water, electrical and more can ruin the life of a building. Whether it is structural work that needs done, simple remodeling, or a complete overhaul, Focus Construction has the ability to fix the damages. Replacement and/or restoration can be done effectively and in a cost efficient way.
